Dark Knight – Basic Gameplay
Most of the Dark Knight's brutal combat skills are baked right into their equipped weapons. You can hunt down these weapon drops from monsters or grab them from local NPC merchants.
To unlock the DK's true potential with special attacks, you'll need to learn them from Skill Orbs, which are typically only dropped by monsters out in the wild.
Alpha Test Bonus: To get you into the action faster, we've stocked a special NPC right in front of the Lorencia Bar with a selection of Skill Orbs so you can test these heavy-hitting moves instantly!
Dark Wizard – Basic Gameplay
You'll start your magical journey with the classic Energy Ball ready to fire from minute one. You can map it (or any other spell) to your quick-cast hotkeys using the Skill Window (U).
To expand your arsenal of destruction, you'll need to hunt down magic Scrolls dropped by monsters.
Alpha Test Bonus: No need to grind for every spell just yet! Hit up the NPC stationed outside the Lorencia Bar to grab some test Scrolls and start blowing things up right away!
Fairy Elf – Basic Gameplay
Weapon & Ammunition Requirements
If you're choosing a Bow, you absolutely must equip Arrows to attack.
If you're using a Crossbow, you then need to equip Bolts to attack.
If you’re not using the correct ammunition, Fairy Elf won't attack.
The Fairy Elf's bread-and-butter combat revolves around bow and arrow mastery, with Triple Shot acting as one of your primary core attacks.
Buff Skills
To learn Fairy Elf's powerful support magic, you'll need to learn them via Skill Orbs:

Orb of Greater Damage

Orb of Greater Fortitude
Other killer moves like Ice Arrow and Penetration also require Orbs hunted strictly from monsters.
